Hotel The Lodge Diegem
The Lodge Diegem is a contemporary four-star hotel on the border between Brussels and Flemish Brabant, a short distance from Wavre and the business district around Brussels Airport. The hotel was built in a modern style with plenty of light and high ceilings, and offers comfortable rooms alongside a fitness suite, a shared workspace, a breakfast buffet and an evening restaurant offering international cuisine.
Accessibility is of a high standard. The entrance has automatic sliding doors with no threshold whatsoever, the lobby is entirely flat and broadly furnished, and all communal areas are reachable by lift. Two adapted rooms feature a roll-in shower with fold-down seat, grab bars around the raised toilet and ample turning space next to the bed. The breakfast room has tables that can be adjusted in height and buffet stations at wheelchair height.
The underground car park has several adapted spaces close to the lift, which leads to reception without thresholds. The hotel is just minutes from Diegem station, which has an accessible platform lift. Thanks to its central location, it makes an excellent base for both Brussels and the routes in Walloon Brabant.
