Chocolaterie Galler, headquartered in Vaux-sous-Chèvremont near Chaudfontaine in the province of Liège, is one of the best-known Walloon chocolate brands. Founded in 1976 by Jean Galler, the company has grown into an official supplier to the Belgian royal household. The visitor centre offers tours explaining the bean-to-bar production, the signature layered bonbons and Galler's creativity, with a generous tasting of classic and seasonal creations.

The visitor facilities are modern and well suited to wheelchair users. The entrance is flat, the reception area and shop are step-free and the tour route through the production area is on one level with wide, flat walkways. The tasting takes place in a spacious, adapted room. An accessible toilet with sufficient turning space is provided.

There is plenty of parking on the premises with accessible spaces close to the entrance. The site lies near the A602/E25 between Liège and Verviers, offering quick access. Tours are by reservation and are offered in French and Dutch; when booking, wheelchair use can be mentioned for an optimal welcome.
