Parc de la Dodaine Nivelles

The Parc de la Dodaine is the main town park of Nivelles, located in the city centre. The park features a large pond, a playground, a petting farm with donkeys and goats, flower beds and shaded walking paths beneath mature trees. It is a favourite meeting place for families.

The main paths in the park are paved and level, fully suitable for wheelchair users. The path around the pond offers a pleasant circular walk of approximately 800 metres. The playground includes some inclusive play equipment. The petting farm can be reached via a paved path. Adapted toilets are available at the park pavilion.

Parking with accessible spaces is available at the park entrances. The park is within walking distance of the Collegiate Church of Nivelles, an important Romanesque monument. The cafés and restaurants around the park are largely accessible at ground level.
