Altérez-Vous is a cooperative café-restaurant in the heart of the university town of Louvain-la-Neuve. This warm and lively establishment is fully committed to local, organic, and fair-trade produce: the menu changes with the seasons and features creative vegetarian dishes alongside classics made with short-chain meat and fish. Accessibility at Altérez-Vous is well thought out. The entrance is step-free and the dining area is entirely on the ground floor, with enough room between tables for wheelchair passage. The café has an adapted toilet with grab rails and a generous turning circle. Staff are attentive and happy to help find a comfortable spot. The street-side terrace is also level and accessible.

Altérez-Vous is located in the car-free centre of Louvain-la-Neuve, a town designed entirely for pedestrians. This makes it particularly pleasant to explore by wheelchair: the streets are paved, flat, and free of motor traffic. Louvain-la-Neuve station is a five-minute walk away with a direct IC connection to Brussels. Parking is available in the town's underground car parks, where adapted spaces are provided, although availability may be limited on busy university days.
