B&B Le Pot d'Etain is housed in a renovated 19th-century brewery in the centre of Ciney, known as the cattle-breeding capital of Belgium. The building combines its original industrial architecture — high ceilings, cast-iron pillars, exposed brickwork — with a contemporary interior. The B&B has six rooms and a small in-house restaurant serving regional dishes, including smoked beef from Ciney and local goat's cheeses.

Accessibility was deliberately addressed during the renovation. The street-side entrance has a flush threshold and an automatic door. An adapted room is provided on the ground floor, with a roll-in shower, grab bars around the raised toilet and ample turning space. The restaurant and the communal areas — reading corner, lounge, breakfast room — are step-free. A shared adapted toilet is located near reception.

The courtyard serves as a paved car park with adapted spaces right next to the entrance. The centre of Ciney is mostly flat with well-maintained pavements, although a few older streets are cobbled. For those wishing to explore the region, the Citadel of Namur, Dinant and Durbuy are each a half-hour drive away.
