Brasserie HA' is located in the Handelsbeurs building on the Kouter in Ghent, a beautiful neoclassical concert hall. The brasserie has the atmosphere of a grand café with high ceilings, large windows and an extensive terrace on the Kouter. The menu offers classic brasserie dishes and a fair lunch deal. Thanks to direct access from the Handelsbeurs, the restaurant is busy before and after concerts.

During the renovation of the Handelsbeurs, all public areas were laid out step-free. The entrance on the Kouter side has an automatic door and flat access. Inside, the dining room, the bar and the terrace are all reachable on ground level. The tables are spaced well for wheelchair users. An accessible toilet with grab rails, ample turning room and a lowered washbasin is close to the dining room.

The Kouter has been recently redeveloped and is fully paved, making access particularly comfortable. Reserved parking spaces are available in Parking Kouter, right below the square, with a lift coming out directly on the square. Tram 1 connects Ghent-Sint-Pieters directly to the Handelsbeurs; the Kouter stop opens straight onto the square.
