Hotel Astoria Brussels is a historic belle-époque grand hotel on Rue Royale, a short distance from the Parc de Bruxelles and the Royal Palace. After a thorough renovation, the hotel reopened with a carefully preserved, sumptuous interior. It has a restaurant, a bar, a spa and a refined lobby.
The main entrance is partially step-free: a gentle ramp provides access to the lobby and the staff are happy to assist. Several adapted rooms have a roll-in shower and grab rails. Not all historic spaces are equally easy to reach for every wheelchair user, but the main shared ground-floor areas have been made accessible. An accessible toilet is available.
The hotel has its own car park with a PRM space. Rue Royale is paved but does have slight slopes; Parc metro station is a few minutes' walk away and has a lift.
