Hotel Henri IV is beautifully located on the Meuse riverbank in Dinant, with a view over the citadel cliffs and Notre-Dame church. The hotel combines a 19th-century façade with a modern contemporary interior. All rooms feature air conditioning, a workspace and free Wi-Fi, and some offer a spectacular view over the river. The in-house restaurant serves a refined breakfast buffet and, in the evening, a seasonal menu with Belgian and French influences.

During the last renovation, the hotel's ground floor was made fully step-free. The main entrance has an electric sliding door, and the reception, lounge and restaurant room are all laid out on one level. A ground-floor adapted room provides a wide walk-in shower, grab rails at the toilet and enough space next to the bed. A spacious lift provides access to all upper floors, although the corridors on the upper floors are slightly narrower than on the ground floor.

In front of the hotel there is a public car park with two reserved PRM spaces. The boulevard along the Meuse is largely flat and paved, so a short stroll to the saxophone bridge or the centre of Dinant is perfectly feasible. Visitors wanting to visit the citadel can use the cable lift, which is adapted for wheelchair users.
