The Public Library of Pelt is a modern municipal facility with a broad collection of books, comics, magazines, films and digital media. Pelt was formed in 2019 through the merger of Neerpelt and Overpelt and has a lively cultural context with strong musical traditions (well known for its festivals). The library works closely with schools and associations from the wider North Limburg region.

The library is easy to access for wheelchair users. The entrance is step-free and the aisles between the shelves are wide. A lift connects the floors so that all collections are reachable. An accessible toilet is available and staff are happy to help retrieve books from higher shelves.

Reserved parking spaces are available in the immediate vicinity. Combine your visit with the town hall or the City Park.
