B&B La Ferme du Chateau Arlon
La Ferme du Chateau is an atmospheric B&B in a renovated 18th-century farmhouse on a castle estate near Arlon. The main building, with its natural stone facades, has been carefully repurposed as lodging, retaining the original beams and central fireplaces, while the modern fittings of the rooms stand in striking contrast with the rustic setting. Breakfast is served in the former stables, transformed into a bright breakfast room with wooden furniture and local farm produce.
Accessibility was specifically considered during the renovation. A ramp provides step-free access to the main building. The adapted room is on the ground floor and offers a roll-in shower with fold-down seat, a raised toilet with grab bars and generous manoeuvring space around the bed. The breakfast room is fully step-free. A shared adapted toilet is located next to the entrance.
The farm courtyard is paved and offers several adapted parking spaces close to the entrance. The garden and the walking paths around the castle estate are partly paved and partly gravel, so some assistance can be helpful. The centre of Arlon is a five-minute drive away and offers various accessible attractions.
