Auberge du Moulin Hideux is an exceptional Relais & Châteaux address in Noirefontaine, in the deepest green of the Luxembourg Ardennes. The building is a former 17th-century watermill, integrated into a private park with ponds and woods. The gastronomic cuisine honours the Ardennes terroir with game, river fish, mushrooms, and fruit from the region, in a setting that combines rustic charm with refined elegance.

Given the historic character of the building, accessibility is more limited than at more modern addresses. The main entrance has a few small thresholds that can be bridged with assistance; the staff are very attentive and have a portable ramp. One room on the ground floor is adapted for wheelchair users, with a fitted bathroom. The restaurant hall on the main floor is largely accessible, although some passages are narrower - when booking, a suitable table is prepared.

A large private car park with reserved spaces is located in front of the hotel. The path from the car park to the main entrance runs partly over gravel and has one gentle incline. The location requires transport by private car or adapted taxi from Bertrix or Libramont Station; the estate is deeply hidden in the forest and dependent on a vehicle for arrival and departure.
