The Holiday Inn Ghent Expo is a four-star hotel right next to the Flanders Expo exhibition halls on the southern edge of Ghent. The hotel focuses primarily on business guests, but is also a comfortable base for tourists thanks to the direct tram 1 connection to the historic city centre. It offers standard rooms and junior suites, a fitness room and a restaurant with an international menu.

The hotel meets the modern accessibility standards expected from a chain hotel of this size. Several fully adapted rooms are available, with a roll-in shower, grab rails, controls at a reachable height and ample turning room. These rooms are reached via step-free corridors and wide lifts. The main entrance has automatic sliding doors and flat access. The restaurant, lobby bar and meeting rooms are all on the ground floor or accessible by lift. Accessible toilets are present on every shared level.

The hotel car park has large reserved spaces close to the entrance. The Flanders Expo tram stop is a few minutes' roll from the lobby over a fully paved and step-free square. From there, Ghent-Sint-Pieters is fifteen minutes away without changes.
