Hotel Ardennes Belle Vue is a charming family hotel in the spa town of Spa, set on a gentle hill with views over the forests of the High Fens. The hotel has been operating for more than a hundred years and has retained the town's classic Belle Epoque architecture, but was thoroughly renovated in 2018. It has its own restaurant serving regional Ardennes dishes, a lobby with a fireplace and a small wellness area.

Accessibility was specifically addressed in the recent renovation. The main entrance has a ramp with an automatic door. Reception and the communal areas are on the ground floor and step-free. A lift connects all floors and is wide enough for standard wheelchairs. The hotel has one adapted room with a roll-in shower, alarm cords, grab bars around the raised toilet and ample manoeuvring space around the bed. The breakfast room and restaurant are fully step-free.

The hotel has its own paved car park with adapted spaces close to the entrance. The walking paths in the centre of Spa are largely paved, but the town is hilly — some gradients are challenging for independent wheelchair users. The Thermes de Spa are reachable via an adapted funicular from the centre.
