Les Thermes de Spa is a modern thermal centre located on a hill above the town of Spa, the town that gave its name to the word "spa" worldwide. The complex offers a luxurious wellness experience with pools filled with natural hot spring water, saunas, hammams, and various treatments. The view over the Ardennes completes the experience.

The accessibility of Les Thermes de Spa is excellent. The modern building features step-free entrances, lifts to all floors, and adapted changing rooms with spacious showers. A pool lift is available to help wheelchair users into the water. Adapted toilets are present on multiple floors.

The thermal complex is reachable via a cable car from the centre of Spa, which is also wheelchair accessible. There is also a spacious car park at the top of the hill with reserved spaces for persons with reduced mobility. Spa is reachable by train and the station is located in the town centre.
