The Brasserie du Grand Hôtel is located in the heart of Spa, one of the oldest spa towns in Europe. The building breathes the belle époque atmosphere for which the town is known, with high ceilings, beautiful windows, and a terrace overlooking the Place Pierre le Grand. The menu features classic brasserie dishes: steak-frites, vol-au-vent, seafood platter, and a selection of seasonal game and mushroom preparations in autumn.

The main entrance on the square side is accessible via a gentle incline and spacious double doors. The brasserie itself is on the main floor, reachable via a lift or - when busy - via a ramp that is deployed on request. The spacious room has sufficient passage between the tables. The adapted toilet has grab rails and a lowered washbasin, but the turning space is somewhat limited because the space is integrated into a historic building.

Parking is possible in the underground car park beneath the square, equipped with lift and reserved spaces. The approach route from the car park to the brasserie is well paved but includes a few gentle inclines, typical of Spa's topography. Spa Station is ten minutes away by taxi or adapted minibus.
