Hotel Dream is housed in a former neo-Gothic convent in the centre of Mons and combines historic architecture with outspoken contemporary design. Stained-glass windows, vaults and cloister corridors blend seamlessly with modern furniture and artworks. The hotel has a restaurant, a bar and several meeting rooms.

The main entrance is step-free and fitted with an automatic door. All floors are reachable by a spacious lift, and several adapted rooms come with a roll-in shower, grab rails and raised toilet. The shared ground-floor spaces are easy to move through.

The hotel's own car park has several PRM spaces near the entrance. The immediate surroundings of the hotel are paved, although some cobbled sections can be encountered in the Mons city centre. Mons railway station is a ten-minute walk away.
