Restaurant De Beukelaer is an established name in the Hageland town of Aarschot. It is known for its classic Belgian cuisine featuring seasonal game, eel and pure preparations of regional Hageland products. The warm wooden interior and family service make it a favourite spot for weekend lunches and celebratory dinners alike.

The entrance is step-free from the pavement. The dining room is entirely on the ground floor with enough room between the tables for a wheelchair. The accessible toilet is reachable via a wide corridor without level differences and has grab rails and a turning circle of at least 150 cm. On request, the staff will be happy to reserve a table in the quieter side room.

Parking is available on the nearby Grote Markt of Aarschot, where a few reserved spaces for people with a disability are provided. The Grote Markt itself is partly paved with flat concrete strips between cobbled sections, allowing you to roll comfortably to the restaurant. Aarschot station is a ten-minute walk away along a flat pavement.
