The Bibliothèque publique of Fleurus is a modern municipal facility with a broad French-language collection of books, comics, magazines, films and digital media. Fleurus lies in the Hainaut region north of Charleroi and is historically known for the Battle of Fleurus in 1794. The library works closely with schools and associations from across the wider region.

The library is easy to access for wheelchair users. The entrance is step-free and the aisles between the shelves are wide. A lift connects the floors so that all collections are reachable. An accessible toilet is available and staff are happy to help retrieve books from higher shelves.

Reserved parking spaces are available in the immediate vicinity. Combine your visit with the Hôtel de Ville or the Parc de Fleurus within walking distance.
