Cultuurcentrum De Grote Post is the leading cultural venue in Ostend. Housed in the renovated former post office, it offers a varied programme of theatre, dance, music, talks and exhibitions. The cultural centre is a lively meeting place for art lovers, bringing both Belgian and international artists to the stage.

The building is fully accessible for wheelchair users. The entrance is step-free and a spacious lift serves all floors, including theatre halls, exhibition spaces and the café. The theatre halls have reserved wheelchair seats. Accessible toilets are provided on every floor. A hearing loop is available in the main hall.

De Grote Post is in the centre of Ostend, a short distance from the railway station and the shopping streets. Adapted parking spaces are available in the nearby car parks. The cultural centre is excellently served by public transport, including the coastal tram.
