Hoeilaart Municipal Park

The Municipal Park of Hoeilaart is a green space in this Flemish Brabant grape-region municipality — a pleasant place for a short walk, a picnic or simply to sit quietly in the greenery. The park has trees, lawns, flower beds and benches spread across the grounds. Families and walkers from the neighbourhood enjoy using the park as a meeting place.

The main paths are paved and easily accessible for wheelchair users. Some side paths are semi-paved and can be less comfortable after rain — stick to the main route for the best experience. There are regular resting benches along the walking route and the slopes in the park are gentle.

Public parking is available in the immediate vicinity with reserved spaces. Public toilets are not necessarily present in the park itself — plan a toilet stop at a nearby café or the Town Hall during opening hours. Optionally combine with the Public Library for an afternoon in Hoeilaart.
