♿ Wheelchair accessible

The Hôtel de Ville of Mouscron is the administrative centre of the city and houses the departments of civil affairs, spatial planning, social services and reception. Mouscron is a French-speaking Hainaut city on the border with France (Tourcoing/Roubaix) and historically a strong textile city. The building is centrally located, within walking distance of the main shopping streets.

The main entrance is step-free accessible for wheelchair users. Inside, the corridors are spacious and a lift connects the floors. The reception has a lowered counter for comfortable contact. An accessible toilet is available. For specific appointments (for example a wedding ceremony) it is advisable to call in advance so the staff can arrange the accessible flow with extra care.

Reserved parking spaces are available in the immediate vicinity. Combine your visit with the Bibliothèque communale or the Parc communal within walking distance.
