Minnewaterpark Brugge
The Minnewaterpark is one of the most romantic spots in Bruges. The park surrounds the Minnewater, also known as the "Lake of Love", and offers beautiful views of the water, old trees and the beguinage on the opposite bank. Swans glide gently across the water, making the park a favourite destination for walkers and tourists.
The main paths through the park are paved and level, so the Minnewaterpark is largely accessible for wheelchair users and people with rollators. Along the water's edge there are plenty of benches with views over the lake. Accessible toilets are available nearby, including in cafés around the park.
The park is a short distance from the beguinage and Bruges railway station. Adapted parking spaces are available in the Station car park. A visit to the Minnewaterpark is the perfect start or end to a stroll through Bruges.
