Den Dyver is one of the pioneers of beer gastronomy in Bruges, beautifully located on the Dijver with a view of the canals and the Gruuthuse Museum. Every dish on the menu is paired with a carefully chosen Belgian beer, resulting in a culinary discovery tour through Trappists, abbey beers and regional specialities. The kitchen works with seasonal produce and honours the Flemish tradition.

The main entrance is step-free and the ground-floor dining room offers enough room to manoeuvre easily with a wheelchair. An accessible toilet with grab rails and a sufficient turning circle is on the same level.

There is no on-site parking. The recommended options are the nearby 't Zand or 't Pandreitje car parks, both with PRM spaces and lifts. The route from these car parks to the restaurant partly runs over cobbles, typical of the Bruges city centre; at the Dijver itself the pavement is paved and flat.
