Restaurant Boury Roeselare
Restaurant Boury is the two-star restaurant of chef Tim Boury in the centre of Roeselare. It occupies a stately townhouse that has been fully renovated with contemporary design, clean lines and an open kitchen where guests can follow the preparations. The cuisine starts from a classic French base, enriched with West-Flemish products and international influences.
Accessibility was deliberately considered during the renovation. The main entrance is step-free thanks to an integrated ramp. The dining room is on the ground floor with generous aisles between the tables, and the lounge and terrace are also at the same level. The accessible toilet is spacious, with grab rails, a lowered washbasin and a minimum 150 cm turning circle. The staff are familiar with welcoming guests with reduced mobility.
The restaurant's private car park has reserved spaces next to the entrance. Roeselare station is a five-minute taxi ride away. The surroundings are flat and easy to navigate for wheelchair users. Booking well in advance is strongly recommended; the kitchen prepares accessible variations and adapted portion sizes on request.
