Natuurpunt Tiegemberg is a remarkable nature reserve in the south of West Flanders, known for its hilly landscape, flower-rich grasslands and centuries-old standard trees. The area offers beautiful views across the surrounding fields and forests and is a favourite destination for birdwatchers and those seeking peace and quiet. At 77 metres, the Tiegemberg itself is a striking high point in the otherwise flat Flemish landscape.

Although the area is hilly, a specific walking loop with a mostly paved and flat route has been laid out, ideal for wheelchair users and mobility scooters. This route passes viewpoints at the foot of the hill and a number of information panels about the local fauna and flora. Certain steeper sections towards the top are only accessible via unpaved walking paths and are therefore less accessible.

The car park at the foot of the Tiegemberg has adapted parking spaces directly next to the start of the accessible route. A simple sanitary block with a partially adapted toilet is available a short distance away. The area is freely accessible and dogs are welcome on a lead. Picnic zones along the route provide opportunities for a rest stop with a view.
