The Palace of Fine Arts (PBA) of Charleroi is the central cultural house of the city. Every year it offers a varied programme of classical concerts, dance, comedy, family performances, and theatre. The building dates from 1957 and underwent a thorough renovation during which accessibility was also improved.

For wheelchair users the PBA is well accessible. The entrance on the Place du Manège is level and equipped with automatic doors. A lift connects all floors of the foyer, the ticket desk, and the halls. In the main hall, reserved wheelchair spaces are provided, with a good view of the stage; these can be assigned when booking. Adapted toilets are present on several floors.

Disabled parking spaces are available in the nearby underground Rive Gauche car park. The PBA is centrally located in Charleroi, within walking distance of Charleroi-Sud Station. Visitors with a disability can indicate via the box office what support they need; companions receive free admission.
