Parc des Carmes is the central city park of Marche-en-Famenne, located on the site of a former Carmelite monastery. Today it is a green meeting place with mature trees, flower beds, a playground and open lawns. The park is popular with families, walkers and local residents wanting a short break.

The main paths through the park are paved and level, making it easy to access for wheelchair users and people with rollators. Benches are plentiful along the paths and level changes are limited. Public toilets are not in the park itself but are available nearby.

Parc des Carmes is within walking distance of the Famenne & Art Musée, the Grand-Place and the shopping streets of Marche. Adapted parking spaces are available in the surrounding streets. The park is a pleasant stop on a visit to the town.
