The City Park of Sint-Truiden is a beloved green space in the heart of the Haspengouw fruit region. The park features beautiful old trees, flower beds, a large pond and a children's playground. During the fruit blossom in spring, the park is a particularly lovely place for a walk. It serves as a meeting point for families, older visitors and sports enthusiasts.

The main paths through the park are paved and level, making it accessible for wheelchair users and people with rollators. Benches are plentiful along the routes and there are fine viewpoints over the pond. An accessible toilet is available in or close to the park, for instance at the cafés. Level changes are limited.

Parking is possible in the streets around the park, with adapted spaces nearby. The City Park is within walking distance of the centre and is an ideal stop on a visit to Sint-Truiden, combined with the beguinage or the abbey site.
