The Stadsschouwburg Antwerpen, also known as the Bourla, is a magnificent neo-Baroque theatre building from 1834 on the Frankrijklei. It is home to Opera Ballet Vlaanderen and Toneelhuis. The interior is a gem of 19th-century architecture with an imposing domed auditorium.

Following a thorough renovation, the building is equipped with modern accessibility features. There are wheelchair spaces in the orchestra pit area and on the balcony, accessible by lift. The building has a hearing loop for those hard of hearing. Adapted toilets are available on the ground floor. The foyer and café are step-free.

Accessible parking spaces are available in the surrounding streets. The building is located at a tram stop on the Frankrijklei. Wheelchair spaces should be reserved in advance. The theatre café is a pleasant starting point for an evening out.
