The Flemish Parliament is housed in the former State Administrative Centre on Leuvenseplein, right next to the Brussels Park. The building, a mixture of historic sections and modern extensions, contains the plenary chamber with its characteristic glass dome, committee rooms and the De Loketten visitor centre. Guided tours, exhibitions and debates are open to the public.

The main entrance on IJzerenkruisplein is step-free and accessible via a ramp. In the visitor centre and the plenary chamber, lifts and wide corridors ensure smooth wheelchair accessibility. Not all historic parts of the complex are equally accessible, but the visitor route is fully adapted. Accessible toilets are available on several levels and assistance can be requested in advance.

The Flemish Parliament is excellently served by public transport via Brussels Central station and the Park metro station. Accessible parking spaces are available at street level near Leuvenseplein, and the underground Albertina car park offers additional capacity. Reserve your guided tour in advance and mention any accessibility needs so the reception team can prepare everything.
