Brasserie Le Soret is a cosy village brasserie in the centre of Neufchâteau, a charming market town in the Luxembourg Ardennes. The menu is simple and honest with specialities from the region: Ardennes ham, game pâté, trout from the local rivers, and a selection of local cheese varieties. It is an excellent stop-off address for those driving through the Ardennes at the weekend or looking for a hearty meal after a forest walk.

The brasserie is housed in a modern renovated building with a completely step-free main entrance. The dining room on the ground floor has a spacious layout with sufficient passage between the tables, and the floor is even and easily navigable. An adapted toilet with grab rails, lowered washbasin, and spacious turning circle is located on the ground floor. The staff are particularly helpful and willing to adjust the table arrangement.

A private car park with reserved spaces is next to the brasserie, and the route to the entrance is completely level. For those coming by public transport, Libramont Station is a quarter of an hour away by car - buses to Neufchâteau are, however, limited, so an adapted taxi or own car is usually the most practical option.
