Nieuwpoort-Bad is one of the most pleasant resorts on the Belgian coast, with a lively marina, shops, and restaurants within walking distance.

Hotel Cosmopolite holds the Flemish accessibility label and features specially designed wheelchair-friendly rooms. These rooms are fitted with a step-free walk-in shower, a shower seat, grab rails, a raised toilet, and extra-wide doors. The hotel entrance is entirely step-free, and the lift is large enough for power wheelchairs. The restaurant, bar, and common areas are all accessible at ground level or by lift.
