Martin's Ostend Het Plein is a modern city hotel standing prominently on the Wapenplein, the lively heart of Ostend. The hotel combines the business comfort of the Martin's chain with the vibrant feel of a seaside town. The spacious rooms are decorated in a contemporary style with warm tones and feature air conditioning, blackout curtains and a workspace. On the ground floor there is an all-day brasserie with a view of the square.

The hotel was designed to be fully accessible. The main entrance on the Wapenplein is step-free and fitted with an automatic sliding door. The reception desk has a lowered section. Several adapted rooms on different floors are reachable via a spacious lift and feature a walk-in shower with fold-down seat, grab rails at the toilet, a lowered washbasin and enough space around the bed. The breakfast buffet in the brasserie is arranged at a lowered table height so all dishes are within reach.

The Wapenplein and the surrounding streets are fully paved and flat. The seafront, the Casino and MuZee are all within a few hundred metres. The coastal tram stop at Marie-Joséplein is 200 metres away and fully wheelchair-friendly. The hotel does not have its own car park, but the nearby underground Parking Marie-José has accessible spaces and a lift.
