Restaurant Le Saint-Georges sits on the Grote Markt in Tienen, in a renovated 18th-century townhouse. The venue combines a classic interior with wooden panelling and high ceilings with a contemporary seasonal Belgian kitchen, with classics such as waterzooi, eel in green sauce and Brabant lamb. The extensive wine list features a striking selection of Belgian wines.

Accessibility has been carefully developed. The main entrance on the Grote Markt has a fold-down ramp that is set up on request — please mention this when booking. The main dining room on the ground floor has wide aisles between the tables, and two tables are reserved specifically for wheelchair users. The adapted toilets on the ground floor are new builds and meet disabled-access standards. The summer terrace on the Grote Markt is reached on the level.

Parking with a blue badge is possible at Kabbeekvest or in the underground car park beneath the Grote Markt. The restaurant is ideally placed for those planning half a day in Tienen and looking for a pleasant lunch or dinner stop. Open from Tuesday to Saturday for lunch and dinner. Reservations are strongly recommended, especially on Friday and Saturday evenings.
