Docks Bruxsel is a modern, covered shopping centre on Vilvoordselaan in Schaerbeek, right next to the canal between Brussels and Antwerp. The complex opened in 2016 and houses more than 110 shops, about twenty restaurants and a UGC cinema. Its contemporary architecture and open interiors give it a light and spacious feel.

The shopping centre is fully wheelchair-accessible. Wide corridors, automatic doors and lifts between the various floors make it easy to navigate. Adapted toilets are available on every floor. Wheelchairs can be borrowed free of charge at the central information desk. Staff have been trained to help visitors with a disability.

There are almost 1,700 parking spaces, including adapted reduced-mobility spaces close to the entrances and lifts. The shopping centre is also easy to reach by public transport: MIVB/STIB bus and tram services stop right at the door and are accessible to wheelchair users. The stops themselves have lowered platforms and tactile guidelines.
