The Brussels Planetarium, part of the Royal Observatory of Belgium, is located on the Heysel plateau near the Atomium. With a dome 23 metres in diameter, it is one of the largest planetariums in Europe. Modern digital projection technology brings the universe to life with immersive shows on astronomy, the solar system and outer space.

The planetarium is fully wheelchair accessible. The projection hall can be reached via a ramp and there are reserved wheelchair spaces with an unobstructed view of the dome. The exhibition area is at ground level and step-free. Adapted toilets are available. Shows are offered in Dutch, French and English.

Accessible parking spaces are available at the Heysel car park. The planetarium can be reached by metro (Heysel stop). A visit combines well with the Atomium, Mini-Europe or Kinepolis, all within walking distance.
