Dumon Chocolatier is an artisanal family chocolatier in the heart of Bruges that has been producing fresh Belgian pralines since 1992, using traditional methods and without preservatives. The small-scale production and location in a historic building on the Simon Stevinplein make this one of the authentic addresses for genuine Bruges chocolate. Visitors can choose pralines from handmade batches that change daily, with friendly advice from the Dumon family.

The shop entrance is flat and threshold-free, allowing wheelchair users to enter easily. The interior is cosy but spacious enough to move around comfortably in a wheelchair, and the sales counter is at an accessible height so the pralines can be viewed clearly. Toilet facilities inside the shop are limited; adapted public toilets are available near the Simon Stevinplein.

Parking in the city centre is limited; the 't Zand or Katelijne car parks have accessible spaces a few minutes away. The Simon Stevinplein is a pedestrian-friendly zone, although parts are paved with cobblestones, which requires extra care in a wheelchair. The shop is within walking distance of the Markt, the Belfry and the Church of Our Lady, making it an ideal stop during a city visit.
