Les Thermes de Kemexhe is a rural wellness centre a stone's throw from Liège, in the rolling Hesbaye countryside. The estate combines a heated thermal indoor pool with an outdoor jacuzzi, several saunas, hammams, an experience shower and a relaxation room with an open fireplace. It is a favourite spot for a quiet day as a couple, with a small restaurant on site offering a light lunch menu.

The operators have taken steps towards accessibility in recent years, but the building is partly old. The main entrance has one low step that is bridged with a portable ramp on request; the staff are happy to help. Indoors, the ground-floor areas are flat: the indoor pool, one adapted changing cabin with its own shower and fold-down seat, and an adapted toilet. A pool hoist is available by appointment. Part of the saunas lies in an older wing with a small single step that is not wheelchair accessible.

In front of the building there is a large paved car park with reserved spaces. The centre is rural, so public transport access is limited; a taxi ride from Liège-Guillemins takes about twenty minutes. The path from the car park to the entrance is paved but has a slight incline.
