Public Library Deinze

The Public Library of Deinze is a modern municipal facility with a broad collection of books, comics, magazines, films and digital media. There is a separate youth section, workspaces with internet access and regular activities such as reading groups, storytelling sessions and workshops. The library works closely with schools and associations from across the wider Leiestreek.

The library is easy to access for wheelchair users. The entrance is step-free and the aisles between the shelves are wide. A lift connects the floors so that all collections are reachable. An accessible toilet is available and staff are happy to help retrieve books from higher shelves.
