Sports Centre 't Lombaardje Antwerp

Sports centre 't Lombaardje is a municipal sports facility in the heart of Antwerp. The complex houses a sports hall, fitness rooms, a dance studio and is the meeting point for many neighbourhood and sports associations. The centre is an important gathering place for recreational athletes of all ages and plays an active role in Antwerp's G-sport policy. Accessibility is widely provided in the basic infrastructure. The main entrance has a ramp and automatic doors. The sports hall and fitness rooms are reachable on the ground floor or via a lift. Adapted changing rooms with lift systems and low showers are available. Adapted toilets are present on every level. The centre offers wheelchair basketball, adapted fitness and G-sports lessons, often in cooperation with the city of Antwerp.

Disabled parking spaces are located at the side of the building. The sports centre is well served by public transport: several bus and tram lines stop just minutes' walk away. The surroundings are fully paved and flat, and the paths to the entrance are wide enough for electric wheelchairs.
