Restaurant 't Zilte Antwerp
Restaurant 't Zilte is the three-star restaurant of chef Viki Geunes and a celebrated highlight of Belgian gastronomy. The restaurant is housed on the ninth floor of the MAS (Museum aan de Stroom), with a panoramic view over the Scheldt, the Eilandje and the Antwerp skyline. The creative kitchen revolves around precision, the seasons and a deep respect for North Sea produce.
The MAS building is fully step-free and has spacious panoramic lifts that take visitors directly to 't Zilte's floor. The dining room is on one level, with wide aisles and enough turning room between the tables. The accessible toilet on the same level meets current PRM standards, including grab rails and a turning circle of at least 150 cm. The staff are trained to discreetly guide guests with reduced mobility.
The underground car park below the MAS has several reserved spaces with direct lift access. The Eilandje is an example of accessible urban design, with flat paved pavements and ramps up to the Scheldt quays. Booking a few months in advance is recommended; explicitly mention your accessibility needs when booking.
