Town Hall Aarschot

The Town Hall of Aarschot is the administrative centre of the city and houses the departments for civil affairs, spatial planning, social affairs and reception services. Aarschot is a historic Hageland city with a strong cultural and religious context (Onze-Lieve-Vrouwekerk). The building is centrally located, within walking distance of the Grote Markt and the main shopping streets.

The main entrance is step-free and accessible for wheelchair users. Inside, the corridors are wide and a lift connects the floors. At reception there is a lower counter height for comfortable interaction. An accessible toilet is available. For specific appointments (such as wedding ceremonies) we recommend calling in advance so that staff can ensure the accessible flow is fully arranged.
