B&B Bariseele
B&B Bariseele is a characterful bed & breakfast housed in a lovingly restored 18th-century townhouse on Sint-Annaplein in the historic centre of Bruges. The owners have renovated the property with great care, preserving original features such as the ceramic tile floors, high ceilings, and authentic fireplace surrounds. Each of the five rooms has its own unique character and reflects the romantic atmosphere of the city centre. Breakfast is served in a welcoming dining room or, when the weather allows, in the courtyard.
B&B Bariseele has one ground-floor room specially adapted for guests with limited mobility. This room features a wide door, an adapted bathroom with a fold-down shower seat and grab rails, and a lowered bed. The entrance to the B&B has a small two-centimetre threshold; on arrival, staff place a ramp to bridge it. The remaining rooms are only accessible via a historic spiral staircase. When booking, make sure to explicitly request the ground-floor room.
B&B Bariseele is located on Sint-Annaplein, a quiet square in the oldest part of Bruges, ten minutes' walk from the Markt and the Belfry. The surrounding area is predominantly cobblestoned, as is typical of Bruges. Bruges station is fifteen minutes by bike or ten minutes by bus line 1 towards the centre. Parking with a disabled badge is available at designated spaces on the Katelijnestraat or in the Parking 't Zand, which has an adapted lift.
