Boulevard is a popular brasserie on the Ostend sea dyke with sweeping views of the beach and the North Sea. The menu is classic but up to date, with a wide choice of fish dishes, shellfish, steaks and Belgian beer specialities. The interior is modern and bright, with large windows that keep the sea view centre stage in every season.

The brasserie is entirely accessible. On the sea-dyke side there is a step-free entrance with a wide sliding door. The dining room is arranged on one level with generous paths between the tables, and the terrace on the sea dyke is reachable via a level transition. There is a spacious adapted toilet with grab rails, turning space and an automatic door. On request, staff provide extra room at window tables for wheelchair users.

Adapted parking spaces are close by on Koningsplein and in the underground car park beneath Leopoldpark. Both are equipped with lifts. The Coastal Tram stops a minute's roll away at Leopold I. The sea dyke itself is fully paved and level, which makes it easy to combine a coastal stroll or a rolling trip along the sea with a visit to Boulevard.
