The Thermae Palace is a monumental Art Deco building from 1933 on the Albert I promenade in Ostend. Originally built as a luxury hotel with thermal baths, it was a favoured retreat of the Belgian royal family. After a thorough restoration it is once again a hotel and event venue, retaining its original Art Deco interiors and the Venetian Gallery.

The hotel is fully wheelchair accessible with lifts to all floors, adapted rooms and adapted toilets in the public areas. The Venetian Gallery, a covered walkway connecting the hotel to the former baths, is step-free and offers a pleasant alternative to the seafront in bad weather. The restaurant and bar are accessible at ground level.

Accessible parking spaces are available in the underground car park. The hotel is located directly on the seafront promenade, which in Ostend is fully paved and wheelchair-friendly. The nearby Kursaal and the Mu.ZEE art museum are also accessible.
