Brasserie De Sinjoor Antwerp

Brasserie De Sinjoor is a classic Antwerp brasserie just steps from the Grote Markt — the name itself is a nod to the typically Antwerp nickname for a true city-dweller. The menu features well-known Belgian brasserie dishes such as carbonnade with fries, vol-au-vent, grey shrimp croquettes and seasonal mussels. The interior breathes the atmosphere of a traditional Antwerp café enhanced with modern accents, and in summer the terrace extends into the pedestrian zone.

The brasserie is accessible via a step-free entrance from the low-traffic area around the Grote Markt and the Schoenmarkt. The ground-floor dining room is spacious with sufficient distance between the tables for a wheelchair or walker.
