Le Pot de Beurre is a renowned restaurant in the centre of Verviers, just steps from the Place Verte and the Theatre Royal. The establishment has been operating for more than thirty years and is known for its classic Belgian cuisine with a regional sensibility: veal sweetbreads in cream sauce, eel in green sauce, and game in season, accompanied by a thoughtfully curated wine list focused on Burgundy and Bordeaux. The interior is classic with white tablecloths, candlesticks and elegant lighting.

Accessibility is well looked after for a city-centre venue. The street-side main entrance has a flush threshold and a sufficiently wide door. The dining room is entirely on the ground floor with spaciously arranged tables that accommodate wheelchairs. An adapted toilet with grab bars, alarm cord and turning space is located at the rear, reachable via a flat hallway.

In the immediate vicinity, several adapted parking spaces are available on the Place Verte, and the Verte underground car park a few minutes' walk away also offers adapted spaces with lift access. The centre of Verviers is largely paved, although some streets slope slightly due to the Vesdre topography. Verviers-Central station, a five-minute drive away, is fully accessible.
