Restaurant Sir Kwinten Lennik
Restaurant Sir Kwinten is chef Kwinten De Paepe's two-star restaurant in Lennik, in the heart of the Pajottenland. The kitchen responds to regional products and seasons: game from the Zuidrand, yeast from Pajottenland breweries and vegetables from its own kitchen garden. The restaurant occupies a stylishly renovated square farmstead overlooking the rolling fields.
The main entrance is step-free thanks to a ramp from the parking area to the dining room. The dining room is entirely on the ground floor with wide aisles. The lounge, the wine bar and the covered terrace are all reachable without steps. The accessible toilet has grab rails, a lowered washbasin and enough turning room. The staff will guide wheelchair users to their table on request.
The private car park is paved and offers reserved spaces a few metres from the entrance. The courtyard around the farmstead is partly paved with setts with flat strips. The Pajottenland lends itself to a rural programme of visits; for example, combine with a trip to the accessible Castle of Gaasbeek. Booking well in advance is required; explicitly mention your accessibility needs when booking.
