♿ Wheelchair accessible

Parc Élisabeth is the main city park of Bastogne, within walking distance of the Grand-Rue and the historic centre. It offers a calm green setting with mature trees, flower beds and benches where visitors can rest. It is a favourite spot for families, walkers and anyone looking to escape the bustle of the town for a moment.

The main paths are paved and level, making the park easy to access for wheelchair users and people with rollators. Benches are plentiful along the routes and level changes remain limited. Accessible parking spaces are available in the surrounding streets. Public toilets in the park itself are limited, but facilities can be found in the nearby town centre.

Thanks to its central location, Parc Élisabeth is an ideal stop during a visit to Bastogne. The park pairs well with a visit to the war museum, the Saint-Pierre church or the cafés around Place McAuliffe.

Good to know

Reservation
No reservation needed for the park. For the nearby Bastogne War Museum, online ticketing is recommended during school holidays.

Visit tip
Combine with the Bastogne War Museum and the Mardasson Memorial. Disabled parking is on Place McAuliffe in the centre.
