The Enghien Water Sports Area lies on a created lake just outside town, on the border between Flanders and Wallonia. The site is used for various water sports including kayak, canoe, sailing and paddleboard. A clubhouse on the shore organises lessons and courses for young people and adults, with attention to accessible water sports. The combination of calm water and green banks also makes the spot attractive for those who prefer to enjoy the activities from the bank.

Accessibility is partial. The main path around the lake is built with semi-paved surfacing and is easy to navigate in dry weather for a wheelchair or mobility scooter. The jetty has a step-free connection for those who want to board an adapted kayak with assistance; book this in advance with the water sports club. The clubhouse has an accessible toilet and a street-level terrace overlooking the water. A few side paths through the reed bed are unpaved and less suitable for wheelchairs.

The car park is right by the clubhouse and has accessible spaces. The site is free of charge; the water sports activities themselves are paid. Enghien is reached via the N7 and lies right next to the Enghien Castle Park, making a combined visit a good choice for a day out on the Flemish-Hainaut border.
